Dr FIONA WALL- BVMS BSC MRCVS
Fiona qualified from Glasgow Vet School in 1998 with a prior degree in animal nutrition. She has worked for The Willows since 2003.She lives in Kelsall village with her family, a Norfolk terrier cross called Mabel, a Norfolk terrier called Miss Money-penny and a Bengal cat called Bond!
Fiona works at the Firs on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Dr LIZ BROADBELT BV MRCVS
Liz qualified from Bristol Vet Scholl in 1978 and has worked for the Williows Vet Group since 2000 with a short break working elsewhere in between. Liz has cats called Sam, Chloe and Basil. Liz works at The Firs on a Thursday and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Dr JEN DUCKETT BVSc MRCVS
Jen graduated from Bristol in 2001 and has worked in small animal and equine practice ever since. She has a particular interest in medical cases and general surgery. Jen is a keen horse rider and dog walker. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats. Sammy is a 13 year old Labrador and Amber is a 5 year old crossbreed who loves everyone. Her two cats Wombat and Megatron are sisters who were rescued 4 years ago when they were dumped in a box at just 3 weeks old.
ROBYN ELSON -RVN, HEAD NURSE
Robyn is from Colwyn Bay in North Wales. She qualified from Harper Adams in Shropshire in 2009. Since then she has worked in Shropshire and then North Wales. She lives in Davenham with her two cats and a chocolate Cocker Spaniel called Beatrice. Robyn has a calm nature and animals feel very relaxed around her.
CLAIRE WHITE – RVN
Claire Qualified from Myerscough College in 2002 and has worked for The Willows since 2003.At home in Delamere, Claire has 7 chickens and gorgeous dog called Jerry. Claire is our insurance claim ‘guru’ and will help with all insurance queries.
FAYE INGLES- Receptionist/nurse
Faye joined our reception team in May 2013. She comes from South Africa and has spent time working in Australia. She has a rescue ginger and white cat called Kenny, another rescue cat called Wesley and bouncy,happy Labrador cross Springer spaniel called Reggie. Faye is know as ‘Ya Ya’ around the village and she is keen to help clients with weight loss advice for their pets.
SAM HONOUR- Receptionist
Sam joined The Firs in January 2014. She works Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Sam lives in the village with her husband and her handsome Labrador called Jet. Sam used to have her own Interior Design business, so she keeps the practice looking lovely with her magic touch!
ABBIE FLETCHER – Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Abbie is from Middlewich she started with us in September and is currently studying veterinary nursing at Reaseheath college. Abbie loves baking and spending time with her Staffordshire bull terrier storm.
